There are groups for parents, carers and groups for children and young people of all ages. Here we learn many fun and relaxing ways to learn to be mindful that can be used in your everyday life.

What is Mindfulness?

In the mindfulness groups we use breathing, movement and fun to enhance well-being. Beginners and those experienced in practicing mindfulness are all welcome.
